On your Classes tab, you can see all of your past and upcoming lessons. Each one has a status, which tells you what type of class it is and whether you’ll be paid.

But do you know what each status actually means? 🤔 Please read on to find out what each mean and for which ones you'll be paid!
These are all the classes currently on your schedule for the period you’ve set your view to on the classes list. Whether or not you’ll be paid depends on how the status later changes.
These are classes that have started but not yet been evaluated. If you see a class with this status, please ensure you update the status immediately!
Classes you’ve placed in the transfer system but that have not yet been taken by another teacher. Remember: until another teacher accepts, the class is still your responsibility
Classes you have completed and evaluated successfully. You will be paid for all of these.
Classes cancelled by students more than 2 hours before the start time. You will not be paid for these.
Classes cancelled by students less than 2 hours before the start time. You will be paid for these, and your slot will reopen and could be booked if you have "last-minute" switched on.
Classes you did not attend. You will not be paid for these. If you know you cannot make a class, always use the transfer system to avoid this status.
Other statuses:
Selecting any of the following class types in the menu shown below along with a date range of your choosing will allow you to see them on your class list.
Student Absent: The student did not attend the class. You will be paid for these. If you believe this status was applied incorrectly, please contact Support.
Pending Review: Classes you reported as “I cannot continue.” These are under review by the Support team. You are not paid while under review, but the status should later change to one that qualifies for payment. If you find yourself ending more than one class in a day, transfer your remaining classes and check your setup.
Refund & Resolved:
These statuses relate to the student’s account (whether or not they are refunded). You will always be paid for classes marked Refund or Resolved.
