Can I cancel a class?
No. Teachers cannot cancel a class directly. Instead, you must transfer it.
Remember that transfers and slot adjustments can be done on mobile devices!
How does transferring work?
- If done more than 2 hours before class, the system automatically reallocates the class.
- If no teacher is instantly available, the class enters an auction, where the first available teacher can accept it.
👉 Not attending a class you cannot transfer will result in being marked absent.
