The Twenix platform offers teachers the flexibility to transfer classes when you can no longer attend.
Here’s how it works:
Steps to Transfer a Class

Go to the Classes tab
- Click this option on the left side of the platform to view your past and future classes

Select the class
- Find the class you want to transfer and click the three dots next to it

Click "Transfer"
- Once confirmed, the class will be added to the transfer system.

Check the status
- Select the In Transfer filter in the "class status" dropdown to see if the class has been picked up. If needed, you can cancel the transfer to retrieve the class.
How the Transfer System Works:

Automatic reassignment
- If another teacher has availability, the class will be reassigned immediately. If not, wait a few minutes and try again.

Auction system
- If the class is within 2 hours and not yet reassigned, it enters an auction where other teachers can claim it from their Transfers tab.
Important Reminders:
- You remain responsible for the class until another teacher accepts it.
- If no one takes it, you must attend as planned.
- Transfer classes as early as possible (ideally 24+ hours in advance) for the best chance of success.
