Sometimes students are unable to attend their scheduled class. Here’s what to do:
1. Wait for 15 minutes
- If the student doesn’t join, wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Refresh the page periodically to make sure it’s not a connection issue on your side.
2. Automatic notification
- After 15 minutes, the system will automatically mark the class as Student Absent.

You don’t need to evaluate or report the class, and there’s no need to contact Support unless something unexpected has happened!
3. Payment
- You will still be paid for the class, so you can use the extra free time however you like 😉
