The Classes tab is your central hub for managing lessons. You’ll see all past and upcoming classes here, and it’s also the place to enter the classroom when it’s time to teach.
Quick Rules for the Classes Tab
Refreshing the classes tab is the only 100% reliable source of booking information
You can only enter a class within 10 minutes of the start time.
Transfers stay your responsibility until another teacher accepts them.
Always complete evaluations with the In Progress status before starting your next class.
Classes List
The list shows:
- Date: Time and date of the class (automatically adjusted to your device’s settings).
- Modality: Whether the class is audio or video.
- Student: Student’s name and level.
- Topic: Click the title to view class materials.
- Language: If you teach more than one language on the platform, you'll see the relevant flag here.
- Status: Shows whether the class is booked, cancelled, in transfer, etc.
- Enter the class: Appears 10 minutes before the start.
Tip: To transfer a class, click the three dots to the right. If you later change your mind, you can cancel the transfer (if it hasn’t been accepted yet).
Class Statuses
At the top of the page, you will see a series of icons representing different class statuses.
DONE: Classes you have completed and evaluated.
BOOKED: Upcoming reserved classes. Icons show whether they are audio or video.
IN TRANSFER: Classes you offered to transfer but have not yet been taken. Until they disappear, you are still responsible for them.
IN PROGRESS: Classes that started but aren’t evaluated yet. Make sure you complete them right away if you're finished with them!
CANCELLED: Classes cancelled by the student. A clock icon shows cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start (these are still paid).
Filtering your classes
In order to explore all your past and future classes of every status, you can use these filters:
From the "Date" filter, select the time period during which you want to consult your classes.
Then you can filter whichever types of classes you would like to see on your list by selecting from the "Class Status" menu.
