Here are some answers to the most common questions about how payments work at Twenix.
How does Twenix make payments?
Payments are processed monthly, covering all classes taught in the calendar month. They are paid between the 2nd and 5th of the following month.
Invoices are generated automatically on the 2nd. From there, you can confirm them in the platform and request your payment.
Payment methods available:
- Wise – available in many countries, with the option to receive payments in multiple currencies.
- Payoneer – also widely available with payments made in EUR with the option to convert when transferring to your bank.
How does Twenix decide how much to pay teachers?
Teacher rates are set during the application process and are based on the cost of living in the country where you will be working.
This approach helps ensure that rates are consistent, competitive, and aligned with local conditions.
Where can the pay rate be found or viewed?
The rate is initially provided during the recruitment process in the email titled “We want to know more about you!”.
Does Twenix make any deductions from teacher payments?
No. Twenix does not deduct anything from your per-class rate.
Teachers are responsible for managing their own taxes. Please note that your bank or chosen payment provider (Wise or Payoneer) may apply fees, so we recommend checking with them directly.
What payment incentives or bonuses does Twenix offer teachers?
There are two main ways to increase your earnings on Twenix beyond your per-class rate:
- Teacher-level incentives – permanent increases applied to your per-class rate as you reach milestones in the total number of classes completed.
- The Bonus Programme – temporary bonuses offered at different times throughout the year. These apply when you meet specific criteria (for example, completing a set number of classes within a timeframe).
