The Bonus Programme gives teachers the chance to increase their earnings throughout the year. Bonuses are temporary extra payments on top of your per-class rate and teacher-level incentive. They vary in amount and conditions, and you can always check the details on the platform.
How are bonuses calculated?
Bonuses are applied as a percentage on top of your per-class rate. This is separate from your teacher-level incentive.
Example Calculation (Hypothetical Figures):
- Base Rate: €1 per class
- Bonus: 10% (€1 × 10% = €0.10)
- Teacher-level incentive (Level 2 in this case): €0.10

Total Earnings per Class (during the bonus period):
- €1 (base rate) + €0.10 (bonus) + €0.10 (incentive) = €1.20 per class

Where can I track my bonuses?
You can check your bonuses directly on the Twenix platform:
1. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner, then click "profile" and select the Bonuses tab.
2. Or, from your Dashboard, click "All Bonuses" on the Bonuses panel to go straight there.
There you will see:
- Recent, current, and upcoming bonuses
- Bonus start/end dates and times – These are important, as some bonuses are limited to specific hours (e.g. 6 classes completed between 08:00 and 20:00 on a Tuesday). Be sure to check both the date and the time listed.
- Number of classes required to earn
- Whether or not the bonus is currently active
- Whether or not you have achieved the bonus
- Bonus percentage to be applied
Are the times shown in my local timezone?
Yes. The times shown on your bonuses dashboard will automatically convert to whatever timezone your device is set to!
What does the "Bonus Classes" column mean?
This column shows how many classes you need to complete during the bonus period (including the date and time) in order to earn. There are two types:
1. A number appears:
- You must complete this number of classes during the timeframe shown.
- The bonus applies only to the classes up to and including that number.
- If you complete fewer than the required number, no bonus is applied.
- If you complete more than the specified number, the bonus will only be applied up to the stated class limit—unless another bonus is also running.
* Please note: until you have completed the required number of classes, no bonus amount will be added to your revenue dashboard. All classes that you are normally paid for will count towards the bonus classes.
2. A dash (–) appears:
- The bonus applies to every class completed in the timeframe.
- There is no minimum number to unlock it.
Are all teachers eligible for bonuses?
Yes, all teachers may qualify, but some bonuses include specific criteria such as:
- A weekly rating above a certain threshold
- Considerations related to absence records
- Activity trends on the platform such as number of slots open and time of day work is carried out
Will the bonus percentage always be the same?
No. You will find that bonus percentages and conditions change regularly.
Does the bonus apply to both audio and video classes?
Yes. Bonus payments apply equally to both class types (audio/video).
How do I know if I qualify for a bonus?
For each new bonus, an email announcement will be sent to alert you. You can then check your Bonuses tab in the platform for precise details about the bonus.

How can I check my earnings?
You can:
- Check the Revenue panel on your dashboard tab for real-time earnings.
- Use your Classes tab to filter by dates and statuses (on the Class Status dropdown) like “Done”, “Student Absent”, “Refund”, “Resolved”, and “Cancelled OOT”. This gives you a full view of all paid classes in a given period.
- Your full monthly breakdown will appear in your invoice.
Can I qualify for multiple bonuses at the same time?
Yes. If more than one bonus is active, and you meet the criteria for each, they can be applied together.
Is there a limit to how many bonuses I can earn?
There is no set limit. As long as you meet the criteria for an available bonus, you will receive the additional earnings.
