At Twenix, we want to reward your dedication and give you the opportunity to increase your earnings wherever possible. That is why we created our Bonus Programme, offering you extra incentives throughout the year.
What is a Twenix Bonus?
Bonuses are extra earnings applied on top of your base rate for eligible classes. These bonuses:
- Are offered at various points throughout the year, sometimes based on platform demand levels.
- May have different criteria depending on the bonus.
- Can be earned alongside other bonuses if multiple are active at the same time.
- Are separate from your teacher-level incentive, which is always added automatically to your base rate.
Who is Eligible?
Eligibility varies from bonus to bonus. Common criteria include:
- Maintaining good ratings standards.
- Maintaining a recent absence-free record.
- Having sufficient activity or availability, particularly during key periods.
If you meet the criteria for a given bonus, you will receive an email, and you will see the details on the platform.
Where Can I See Bonus Information?
Dashboard Tab: All Bonuses Panel
- This shows the number of currently active and scheduled bonuses.
- Click “All Bonuses” to see the bonuses section of your profile shown below.

Here you will see full details including:
- Bonus percentage (%)
- Start and end date/time (Times shown are in your local settings)
- Number of classes needed (if applicable)
- Bonus status (Scheduled, Active, Ended)
- Whether or not it has been achieved
What Does “Bonus Classes” Column Mean?
There are two types of bonuses:

Fixed Requirement Bonus (e.g., 6 classes)
- You only receive the bonus if you complete that number of classes during the time window.
- The bonus is applied to the qualifying classes, only once the number shown is reached.

Unlimited Bonus (shown as a “–” in the Bonus Classes column)
- Every qualifying class in the time window receives the bonus percentage.
- There is no minimum class requirement to unlock the bonus.
Where Can I See How Much I’ve Earned?
You will see your bonus earnings in two places:
- Revenue tab on your Dashboard – shows earnings so far for the month.
- Monthly invoice – once generated, this will show all bonus amounts for the period.
You can also cross-check class data with your bonuses via your Classes tab by selecting the relevant dates and including class statuses like: Done, Student Absent, Refund, Resolved, and Cancelled OOT.
