You will receive automatic emails from the Twenix platform on certain occasions. These emails are designed to keep you informed, but the platform itself should always be your main reference point for bookings, classes, and availability.
Please note: email notifications can sometimes be delayed or missed, so it is important to regularly check the platform directly.
You may receive emails when:
A class has been booked with you
A student cancels a class
You are marked absent from a class
Your invoice is available
You may also receive optional emails, depending on your settings:
A reminder 30 minutes before a class
A confirmation when a class transfer is successful
Managing your email notifications
You can opt out of some email notifications at any time:
Go to the top right of the platform and click My profile
Select Notifications
Disable the notifications you no longer wish to receive
Please note that even if email notifications are disabled, all important information will still be available on the platform.
