If you are moving on from Twenix, please email our support team at support-teacher@twenix.es so your account can be deactivated. They will then let you know of any necessary steps to take in order to receive any outstanding payments.
If you teach more than one language, and you want to stop teaching one of them, reach out to support for guidance!

In accordance to Regulation (EU) nº 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and to object, as well as unsubscribe, by sending an e-mail to rgpd@twenix.es
If you have been an active teacher with Twenix, we must keep some information for four years due to legal compliance. We won't use it in any other way, and after four years it will be permanently deleted.
