This section of the platform is the best place to keep track of your recent and global performance
You can either access this section by clicking on your profile at the top-right of the platform, and then "Performance", or by clicking "Weekly Performance" on this section of the "Dashboard" tab:
"Weekly Performance" Section:
When Twenix talks about a teacher's performance dropping, this generally means one of 3 things:
The teacher's student average ratings have dropped below 4.7 in a week
The teacher has missed a class in a week
A mixture of the two has occurred a week
These are also the reasons for which the team might contact a teacher about a drop in performance, sometimes including a final warning or suspension.
This section of your performance dashboard lets you see a simple view of exactly how things went overall during your most recent week.
Popular Comments: By clicking on any of the stars in this section, you can see the top reasons students chose for the rating they gave you. If you ever see your ratings drop, we highly recommend taking a look at the reasons below 5 stars in order to give you great pointers about where to focus your attention and make improvements!
Performance Overview Section:
This section of the dashboard allows you to see an overview of your performance in recent weeks. This can be useful in identifying common factors during weeks when your performance dipped. Furthermore, sometimes warnings can be sent or escalated due to most recent week on the platform combined with previous performances, making this a great place to view the factors that led to any potential warnings.
Global Rating Section:
Global Rating: We added this snapshot of a teacher's global rating on the platform in order to give an overall snapshot of the experience all of your students have had. This can be a great reminder of the hard work a teacher has put in, as well as a fun number to share on your CV or on social media!
