Keeping Google Chrome up to date helps avoid many common issues on the platform, such as connection problems or errors when entering the classroom. We strongly recommend checking for updates regularly, especially before teaching.
Step-by-step instructions
Open Google Chrome.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
Click Help, then select About Google Chrome.
Chrome will automatically check for updates.
If an update is available, it will start installing straight away.
When the update finishes, click Relaunch to complete the process.
After Chrome reopens, you are ready to continue using the platform.

Try to keep only one Chrome tab open when using the Twenix platform.
Close any tabs or programs you are not using before class.
We recommend checking for updates even if Chrome seems to be working fine.
