Reporting an Issue (without ending the class)
For smaller technical problems that do not stop the class from continuing, open the “+” menu and select Report an issue. Fill in the details and ensure "End the Class" is not selected.
You can do this as many times as needed during the session.
Reporting and Ending the Class Early
If a class cannot continue, for example if:
- The student leaves before the class has lasted 15 minutes
- A technical issue makes it impossible to teach for more than 15 minutes
Please explain the situation to the student first, letting them know that the class will not continue and you are reporting it to Twenix.
Then open the “+” menu, select Report an issue, fill in the details, and choose "End the class".
The classroom will close for both you and the student. The class will appear with status Pending Review until the Support team confirms the final status.
