What is the average rating on the Twenix platform?
Most teachers maintain an excellent standard. The global average rating on the platform is above 4.9 out of 5.
What is the minimum required rating to work with Twenix?
Teachers are expected to maintain a weekly average rating of at least 4.7 out of 5 to ensure a consistent learning experience for students.
Can I lose access to the platform because of one low week?
No.
You will not lose access to the platform because of one low-rated week on its own.
If your ratings dip, the team may contact you to offer guidance and tools to help you improve. In rare cases, other performance issues, such as repeated absences, may also be taken into account at the same time.
Do individual class ratings matter?
We do not make decisions based on a single class rating.
What matters is your weekly average rating, as this gives a much fairer picture of performance over time. One unusually low rating should not affect your access to the platform.
Why does Twenix apply a minimum standard rating?
The 4.7 minimum standard helps ensure all students receive high-quality classes.
Because Twenix assigns classes randomly, it is especially important that every teacher provides a reliable learning experience. On platforms where students choose teachers or algorithms limit visibility, lower ratings may automatically reduce bookings. At Twenix, this does not happen.
Instead, teachers continue to receive classes regardless of ratings, and the Twenix team reviews performance manually to provide support when needed. We believe this is a fairer approach
How are classes assigned to teachers on Twenix?
Classes are assigned randomly to any teacher who has:
an available slot, and
access to the student’s level
Neither algorithms nor student choice affect which teacher receives a class.
What happens if my rating drops below the minimum standard?
If your weekly average rating falls below 4.7:
The team may reach out to offer guidance and feedback
Access to some student levels may be adjusted while improvement is needed
Permanent removal is only considered if it becomes clear that Twenix is not the right fit. Other performance issues, such as absences, may also be taken into account

Below are some simple, practical ways to help maintain strong ratings on Twenix.
Check your feedback
Review student ratings and tags in the Performance section of the platform
Look for patterns in what students highlight, both positive and constructive
Adapt to student needs
Use the student timeline and notes to understand goals and preferences
Adjust your style depending on whether the student needs more help with vocabulary, fluency, or grammar
Adapt how formal or relaxed you are based on the student’s personality and mood
Stay consistent
Start each class with good energy, as students may only see you once
Avoid cutting classes short unless necessary
Always leave useful written corrections at the end of the class

Twenix is different from many other platforms. Because class assignments are random, all teachers continue to receive classes regardless of ratings. That is why consistency matters, and why ratings are reviewed regularly.
