1. How Many Classes to Prepare For
- Be aware that new teachers have no limits placed on how many classes they can receive! It's up to you how many slots you open, but be prepared to hit the ground running! You might want to begin by opening a limited number of slots to understand booking patterns.
That being said, you're welcome to go ahead and teach all you want!
2. Get to Know the Platform
- Familiarise yourself with the platform by navigating through all the sections in good time before your first class. The more comfortable you are using the platform, the more confident you will be in your classes!
3. Preparing for Your First Lessons
- Review the Getting Ready for Your First Lesson article to understand how to get ready for your first class, check student profiles, and check your setup!
4. Checking and Managing Bookings
- Regularly check your email, classes list and the platform notifications centre for new bookings, cancellations.
- Always ensure any transfers have gone through and double-check any availability changes have been saved!
5. Getting Comfortable with the Twenix Methodology
- Make sure you attend our popular webinars and go through all your onboarding materials to understand our teaching style and student expectations.
6. Make sure we can pay you!
- Even if the payment period (between the 2nd and 5th of every month) is weeks away, it's never too early to make sure you're set up to receive your well-earned money!
- Whether you choose to be paid via Wise or Payoneer, we're here to help ensure every payment goes through without a hitch!
7. Stay Organised and On Track
Success comes down to staying organised and being proactive:
- Check Your Bookings Regularly: Keep an eye on the platform for up to date changes to your schedule.
- Enable Notifications: Make sure notifications are enabled on your devices so you don’t miss any important updates.
- Be Prepared for the Unexpected: Be ready to adapt to last-minute classes or schedule changes. Flexibility is key!
