To reduce technical issues and avoid class disruptions, please always complete the following checks before teaching.
1. Use Updated Google Chrome
Make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome. Update it whenever possible.
2. Close Other Tabs and Applications
Only keep the Twenix platform open during class.
Close Zoom, Teams, email, ChatGPT, streaming services, and any other apps using your internet, camera, or microphone.
3. Use a Stable Internet Connection
A wired (Ethernet) connection is strongly recommended.
If using Wi-Fi, use the 5GHz network and ensure no one in your household is streaming or downloading during your class.
Recommended speed:
10 Mbps download
5 Mbps upload
4. Use a Headset with Microphone
A headset improves audio clarity and prevents echo or background noise.
5. Log In 5 Minutes Early
Enter the classroom a few minutes before your class starts and test your camera and microphone using the in-class call settings test.
