How do I know when I have a class booked?

This feature is designed to ensure you are always aware and prepared for every class!

 

Where can I see It?

  • You will find the notification bell at the top-right of the platform (on every page except inside the classroom).

What will I see?

  • New booking alerts: instant notifications when a new class is booked.
  • 30-minute reminders: notifications before a class begins.

Whenever you have a new notification, a red dot will appear on the bell icon.

Clicking on the bell will show you a list of any new bookings and 30-minute reminders.

How It Works:

  • Clicking on a notification will take you directly to your Classes list, automatically filtered by the student's name and date.
  • If you have multiple classes with the same student on the same day, all relevant classes will be displayed.

Please Note:

  • You will continue to receive email notifications for new bookings and 30-minute reminders.
  • Platform notifications cannot be disabled, but you can disable some email notifications.
  • If a class is rescheduled (only possible with more than 2 hours notice), clicking the notification may show no results in the Classes tab.

 

2. Email notifications

You will also receive emails from the platform on certain occasions. These emails are designed to keep you updated, but the platform should always be your main reference point.

 

When you will receive emails

  • You have been booked for a class
  • A student cancels a class
  • You are marked absent from a class
  • Your invoice is available
  • 30-minute class reminders (optional)
  • A class transfer is successful (optional)

 

Managing your email notifications

You can opt out of some of these emails:

  1. Go to the top-right of the platform and click into your profile.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Deselect the emails you no longer want to receive.
